Passfolia hosts digital product passports for manufacturers and brands placing products on the EU market: a public page and QR code per product, built on current rules, with a full version history and a workflow to collect data from suppliers.
Digital product passports are arriving across the EU, product group by product group. Most of the tools that appeared to meet them share two problems: they present indicative dates as if they were deadlines, and they leave stale citations on the page long after the rules moved. And they solve the easy half of the problem, generating a page, while ignoring the hard half: getting accurate data out of a supply chain and being able to prove what a passport said, and when.
Passfolia is built around those gaps. Every category shows what's an adopted rule, an expected draft, or voluntary. Every change is logged in a public changelog, and every schema carries a "verified as at" date. Publishing creates an immutable, retrievable version. And collecting supplier data is a first-class workflow, a tokenised link a supplier completes directly, not an afterthought.
It hosts what the industry calls tier-one passports: records, public pages, QR codes and structured data. It does not integrate with the EU DPP registry (not operational for product groups as of July 2026), does not provide role-based regulator or recycler access, and makes no certified-service-provider claim. Those depend on delegated acts and technical standards expected in late 2026; when they exist, we'll build to them and say so. Until then, we won't sell them.
And no passport, ours or anyone's, makes a product "compliant" by itself. Compliance depends on the rules for your product group and on the accuracy of your data. What Passfolia gives you is a compliance-ready structure: aligned to adopted rules where they exist, tracked where they don't.
In the EU, Ireland. That's a deliberate choice for a product built around EU regulation and EU customers. You can export every product, value and version to JSON and CSV at any time, on every plan including free. Your records are yours; there is no lock-in, and your published versions are retained so a passport stays resolvable over a product's life.
