Passfolia

Accessibility

Last reviewed 10 July 2026.

Passfolia aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, across both this website and the product. A digital product passport should be readable by everyone who scans it, so accessibility is part of what we build, not an afterthought.

What we do

Known limitations

We test against WCAG 2.1 AA but do not claim perfect conformance. Some complex areas, such as data-dense editing tables and generated documents, may not yet meet every success criterion. Where a passport includes third-party content (for example a supplier-supplied document), we cannot guarantee its accessibility. We treat accessibility defects as bugs and fix them.

Report a problem

If you meet a barrier using Passfolia, or need information in a different format, email accessibility@passfolia.com. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you were using, and we will respond and work to put it right.

Standards

Our target is WCAG 2.1 AA. We also design with the goals of the European Accessibility Act and EN 301 549 in mind, as accessible digital services become a broader expectation across the EU. This statement is reviewed as the product changes.
