Last updated 10 July 2026. This page describes how Passfolia handles data. It is written to be read, not to hide behind length.
Passfolia is hosted in the European Union (Ireland). Account data and the product data you enter are stored and processed in the EU.
We do not sell your data. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. Public passport pages are designed to work without collecting personal data from the people who scan them.
For your account and the way you use Passfolia, we act as data controller. For the product data you publish, you are the controller and Passfolia is your processor, you decide what goes into a passport and who can see it (public or restricted fields).
Under the GDPR you can access, correct, export or delete your personal data. You can export all your product data to JSON and CSV at any time from your account. To exercise any right, or to ask a question, email privacy@passfolia.com.
We retain your account and product data for as long as your account is active. Published passport versions are retained so that a passport remains resolvable over a product's life; you can delete products and versions, and we delete account data on request when you close your account, subject to any legal retention obligations.
We use only the cookies needed to sign you in and keep your session secure. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
