Passfolia is software for creating, hosting and maintaining digital product passports, product data records, public passport pages, QR codes and structured data. By using it you agree to these terms.
Passfolia is not a law firm, a conformity-assessment body, a notified body, or a certified DPP service provider, and it does not integrate with the EU DPP registry. Using Passfolia does not by itself make any product compliant with any regulation. The regulatory information on this site and in the product is general guidance, is dated, and may change, it is not legal advice. You are responsible for determining and meeting your own obligations, and should confirm them against the current legal instruments or with qualified advisers.
You own the product data you enter. You are responsible for its accuracy and for having the right to publish it, including any supplier-provided data. You grant Passfolia the permissions needed to host, process and display your data to operate the service and to serve the public passport pages you publish. You can export all your data to JSON and CSV at any time, and delete your products, versions and account.
When you publish a passport, we host the published version and serve it at its public URL so that it remains resolvable over the product's life. We retain published versions while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward so that passports linked from physical products do not break without notice; you can delete published versions, and export at any time.
The free plan is available without payment, subject to its limits. Paid plans are billed per organisation in the currency shown, and their limits and features are described on the pricing page. We may change plan features or pricing with reasonable notice; changes do not affect the current billing period.
Don't use Passfolia to publish unlawful content, infringe others' rights, misrepresent a product's compliance status, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
We work to keep the service and published passport pages available, but we provide the service "as is" and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
